Management Trainee (Marketing) Engro foods

Engro is looking for a Management Trainee in Specialty Fertilizers Business. The incumbent will be put on a 6 month trainee program after which he/she will be made permanent (depending on performance). Education: BBA/BSc/MBA Experience: 0-6 months Travel: Required. Job Description: •S&OP handling and Demand – Supply development o Production planning based on sales outlooks / market demand o Informing of import requirement •Allocation of product to Zones / FG warehouse / Hub warehouse based on sales outlooks / market demand •Product pricing after taking into account straight fertilizer prices, discounts, freights, warehousing costs, demand/supply •Liaison with A&SP team for effective planning and implementation of A&SP activities within budget •Carrying out analysis and studies from time to time on need basis in order to determine future strategy and course of action •Coordinating with sales and Market development teams to bring field team onboard on Brands strategy •Carry out Market research •Travel to rural areas of Pakistan for gathering market insights
